•  Pro Tips: This trade tool is designed to make baristas faster and more consistent when making espresso. After dosing coffee into the portafilter, the OCD is placed onto the bed and spun quickly a couple of times to distribute grounds from the center to the edge of the portafilter. After that, the bed is ready to be tamped. This tool probably isn t necessary for every home espresso machine, but we use it for every shot we pull in our cafes.
